At Never Summer, we stand behind the durability and performance of our handcrafted gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
